FAQ
Questions about Website Care
Do I need this if my site was built by someone else?
Yes — we look after any WordPress site, and the health check is free. If it needs repairs first, we quote those separately and honestly.
What do you mean by “minor content changes”?
Text edits, swapping images, adding a page from an existing template, updating opening hours, publishing a post we prepared. Larger work is quoted as development hours (₦25,000 per hour).
Is hosting included?
No, and we keep it separate on purpose: you should always know what you are paying for hosting, domains and support. Most clients buy both.
What happens if my site is hacked?
We restore from backup and clean it as part of care, provided backups were running. Priority clients get same-day response. Malware cleanup on an unmonitored site starts at ₦150,000.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice. We would rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
